IF you're partial to a bit of full-blooded rock n' roll mayhem - and let's face it, who isn't? - head down to TJs in Newport for the return of The Vincent Razorbacks.
Haven't heard of them? Well, take a hefty pinch of good old 1950s pop, season with a generous sprinkling of punk attitude, garnish with a perfectly executed rockabilly look and you arrive at somewhere near their crazy mix.
By day, frontman Vince Ray is a cult artist, drawing flaming skulls and all manner of ghoulish beings - he created the cover of The Damned's Grave Disorder, for example.
But at TJs he'll be slinging his Gretsch over his shoulder and rocking with fellow nutters Lord Ford, Disco Dom and The Gaff.
And with song titles like Non Stop Rock 'n Roll Voodoo Action, Boneshaker Baby and Chainsaw Bookie, it promises to be a memorable night.
Support comes from Newport-based rockabilly/punk act Deadbeat Deluxe, voodoo-rockers Nero Burns (originally from London and with two members now living in Slovenia), and 'good-time punk rock'n'roll outlaws', Viva Knievils from Cwmbran, who have released EPs on the Taff Pop label.
Vincent Razorbacks are appearing at TJs, Newport on Friday, February 23, at 8pm. Support comes from Nero Burns, Deadbeat Deluxe, and Evil Knievils. Tickets are £8, and available from Diverse Music in Newport on 01633 259661. To listen to The Vincent Razorbacks, visit www.myspace.com/thevincentrazorbacks
