A pub has marked its first month as the UK's only venue featuring the globally-inspired 'Seared' concept.
The Castle, in Droitwich, which opened in January under Green King's new initiative, offers a wide variety of dishes and drinks from across the planet.
The venue has served over 2,000 pints and 250 cocktails from its international selection in its opening month, which followed a seven-figure refurbishment project.
The venue's general manager, Rebecca Hall, said: “The reception that Seared has received from locals has been incredible with guests excited to try out our new globally-inspired dishes and drinks."
